Greeting in Zvartnots International Airport and transfer to Yerevan. 

Yerevan (Armenian National Academic Theater of Opera and Ballet, Matenadaran, Ararat Brandy Factory, Tsitsernakaberd) Tour around the magnificent Academic Theater, where statues of outstanding figures Alexander Spendiaryan and Hovhannes Tumanyan are located. Visit the ancient manuscript, Ararat Brandy Factory where you can enjoy aromatic Armenian brandy having ancient history.

Breakfast at hotel. Armenia is the first nation which has adopted Christianity as the state religion, thus we will have religious tour in the place where the only son of God descended and where Saint Gregory the Illuminator had built Etchmiadzin Cathedral. We will also see Saint Hripsime and Saint Gayane Churches devoted to the martyred virgins. We will visit the ruins of Zvartnots Cathedral built in 618. Departure to Khor Virap Monastery. There is an amazing view of Mount Ararat from the monastery complex.

Breakfast at hotel. We will stop at The Arch of Charents. Visit Geghardavank, which seems impossible to be created only from one piece of rock. Visit the only pagan temple preserved in the region: Temple of Garni. The view from the Sevanavank Monastery located at the southern shore of a small island, is breathtaking. It makes you feel like you are embracing the blue-eyed treasure – Lake Sevan, which is the second high-altitude freshwater lake after Lake Titicaca in South America. Return to Yerevan.
